Official's Registration - 2021/2022
HCJBC has an expectation of maintaining the integrity of our volunteers, whether they be an Committee Member, Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Manager. It's important that we ensure we ahere to the privacy laws and other legislative requirements as an indepentant incorporation.
All official's of our club are required to register each season to ensure that their information is kept up to date, include significant legislative requirements such as the State Government's Working With Children's Checks. Information regarding the WWC Checks can be found at www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au.
We also have an obligation under the rules of Basketball Victoria that require all members to complete a BV Member Protection Disclosure form and provide it to their club.
The following Official's Registration Form has been establish to capture existing and new volunteers to the club, including all "Expressions of Interest to Coach".
