The competition is run by the Werribee Basketball Assoication (WBA) at Eagle Stadium, Werribee; with the Domestic competition open for juniors from U8s through to U23 young men and women.

Games played on Tuesday and Friday nights, as well as Saturday games in all are held at Eagle Stadium, 35 Ballan Road Werribee.
